- Decisions of the judges are final.
- No purchase necessary; contestants must be at least 18 to participate.
- Only one prize winner per household during a contest.
- Inspiration 1050 reserves the right to discontinue a contest at any time.
- Employees of Christian Broadcasting System, Ltd., other radio stations, promotional sponsors, all additional sponsors and their families are ineligible to participate in a contest.
- Winners are responsible to pay applicable taxes.
- Participation in a contest constitutes consent to use names, voice and/or likeness of contestants and winners for promotional advertisements for the station with no monetary or other compensation.
- Contestants must waive any and all claims of liability against Inspiration 1050 and their parent company Christian Broadcasting System, Ltd.; it’s subsidiaries and all respective employees and agents for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in a contest or from the use of any prize.
- Winners are solely responsible for claiming their prize and/or fulfilling travel arrangements. Prizes are to be claimed at the Inspiration 1050 offices during regular business hours. Any prize not claimed within a reasonable time period will become property of Inspiration 1050.
- No cash or substitute prize will be awarded in lieu of the advertised prize. Prizes are non-transferable. If a winner cannot accept the prize as offered, he/she shall forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected. If a winner doesn’t meet eligibility requirements, another winner will be selected.
- Only one prize may be won within any 30 day period.
- Participants in a contest agree to the above rules, as well as any additional rules, which may be implemented. Rules are subject to change without prior notification. Any rule changes will be published.
- Rules are available at the inspiration 1050 studios, at 635 west 7th street, suite 400, Cincinnati oh 45203, during regular business hours, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
